OrbitBooth

Terms of use

Last updated: September 2026.

Acceptance

By downloading, opening, or using OrbitBooth (the app or website), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Service description

OrbitBooth is software for running photo, video, and 360 event booths: countdown, frames, cloud sync, and guest sharing. Some features (no watermark, larger cloud library) require Pro or Studio plans.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for securing your sign-in (Google / Apple) and for activity under your account. Do not use OrbitBooth for illegal content, privacy violations, or infringement of third-party rights.

Event content and media

Operators / account holders are responsible for guest consent and local law when capturing, storing, and sharing media. OrbitBooth provides tooling; you remain legally responsible for booth-created content.

Paid plans and in-app purchases

Pro / Studio plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Pricing, billing periods, and refunds follow the relevant store policies. Website list prices are for reference only.

Intellectual property

OrbitBooth, its brand, UI, and software are owned by the publisher. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service and may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, event downtime, or damages arising from use of — or inability to use — OrbitBooth.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion via support.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Updated versions will be posted on orbitbooth.app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
